Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has thanked the government of Canada for withdrawing the military equipment export permits to Turkey.
“Canada has acted in a principled and humane manner by withdrawing the export permits that enabled sale of military equipment to Turkey,” President Sarkissian wrote in the congratulatory message to Governor General of Canada Julie Payette on the occasion of her birthday.
The President has noted that “Azerbaijan’s barbaric behavior toward Artsakh since September 27 was inspired and directly commanded by Turkey.”
