Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh Defense Army reports that Azerbaijan is shelling the cities of Stepanakert, Shushi and Martakert from Smerch systems.

“The enemy, once again violating international humanitarian and customary law, is firing at exclusively peaceful settlements, which has resulted in casualties among the civilian population.

The military and political leadership of Azerbaijan is committing another war crime. The criminal leadership of Azerbaijan bears full responsibility for the further escalation of the situation,” said the army.
