Yerevan /Mediamax/. Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated that Azerbaijan is always open for talks with Armenia on normalization of relations.
“We believe that the meeting of the President of Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of the European Council, scheduled for April 6, is another opportunity for negotiations,” Bayramov said.
He stressed that the Azerbaijani side has openly declared its position. “I think that in the coming days we will see how seriously Armenia takes this issue, how ready it is to move forward. Azerbaijan’s approach will be adequate to this,” he said.
