Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has departed on a working visit to Brussels today.
During the visit, he will meet NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, European Council President Charles Michel, and other high-ranking officials.
“The President of Armenia intends to discuss with the heads of European structures the military aggression Azerbaijan has unleashed against the Artsakh Republic with Turkey’s open involvement and present the facts of Azerbaijani shelling of the border settlements of the Republic of Armenia.
NATO and European leadership are expected to do everything in their power to end the hostilities launched by Azerbaijan and NATO member Turkey, which will enable the implementation of ceasefire agreements,” said the Armenian President’s press service.
