Yerevan /Mediamax/. Spokeswoman of the Armenian Defense Ministry Shushan Stepanyan has announced that Azerbaijan has resumed the offensive against Artsakh early in the morning today, using artillery and armored vehicles, including TOS heavy flamethrower systems.

“The Artsakh Defense Army calmly resists the attack and undertakes corresponding measures, causing the adversary significant losses of personnel and military equipment,” she said.

TOS-1A “Solntsepyok” (TOS-1 “Buratino”) is the modified version of the heavy flamethrower system. The main purpose of TOS systems is to support infantry units and armored convoys.
