Yerevan/Mediamax/. Azerbaijan will have to hold ceasefire talks with the Armenian side on new terms.

First Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia Davit Tonoyan stated this.

“Shelling of Tavush marz villages which entailed casualties among civilians and ungrounded use of 122mm caliber artillery weapons from the military viewpoint, for the first time since 1994, to strike the infrastructure and personal staff in the rear are yet other steps to start new large-scale military actions, as already mentioned.

I’m deeply convinced such a strategy will lead to a situation when the Azerbaijani authorities will not have to negotiate the issues related to maintaining of truce and confidence-building measures but the forced talks on ceasefire on new terms”, said Davit Tonoyan, answering Panorama.am’s questions.
