Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Government approved the draft decisions on creation of "Armenian Jurisdiction” Foundation and definition of its legal norms.
According to Armenian Minister of Economic Development and Investments Suren Karayan, the decision to create the foundation comes from the respective decree of the President of Armenia.
The draft is aimed at preparing a base for redomiciliation (relocation) in Armenia.
“The essence of the draft is that it allows a company from one country to relocate to another state and continue their work,” Suren Karayan said.
He stated that the foundation would facilitate improvement in the country’s investment and business environment through involvement of foreign finances.
