In September 2011, Mediamax jointly with the State Commission for Organization of the events devoted to the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence, held a contest “Armenia is Me”. All young people who were born in 1990 or 1991 were allowed to participate in the contest.
The prize was unprecedented: the winner should have accompanied the Armenian President during one of his foreign visits.
In the period between September 5 and 20, the contest participants presented 77 essays and 12 photos/photo series on “Armenia is Me” topic.
The winner of the contest was a second year student of the Department of Management of the Armenian State Economic University, Rosa Abrahamyan, who was born on 8 December 1991. Her essay is available here.
