Yerevan /Mediamax/. Yerevan City Council approved today the project of a statuary dedicated to legendary Ararat 73 football team, the USSR champion and winner of the USSR Cup.

Yerevan Municipality noted that the statuary will be installed in the Western area adjoining Hrazdan stadium, near Tsitsernakaberd highway.

The author of the statuary is sculptor Vladimir Antashyan.
