Yerevan/Mediamax/. System of a Down will give a concert in Yerevan in 2020, band’s frontman Serj Tankian has announced today.
Tankian has added that the concert will take place in the framework of the band’s European tour, which kicks off in June of 2020.
According to the System of a Down vocalist, the venue will be chosen later.
The schedule on the band’s official website indicates that the tour will begin in Amsterdam on June 3.
System of Down has already confirmed 14 concerts for June of 2020 in Germany, Austria, UK, Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Portugal and Spain.
Most likely, the band will organize the Yerevan concert before embarking on the tour.
System of a Down gave its first and so far only concert in Yerevan on 23 April 2015 in Republic Square.
