Yerevan /Mediamax/. Tashir Group doesn’t confirm the rumors over the alleged owner of Liormand Holdings Limited.
Tashir Group spokeswoman Zara Ajemian told Mediamax about it today.
According to today’s publications, Liormand Holdings Limited is owned by Samvel Karapetyan’s company.
“We don’t comment on this information”, added Zara Ajemian.
At today’s session, the Armenian government approved the draft decision on Inter RAO Holding B.V.’s request to the Armenian government on selling 100% shares of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC to Liormand Holdings Limited.
Liormand Holdings Limited has been registered in Cyprus since November 30, 2010.
