Yerevan /Mediamax. On November 7, Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
“The two leaders have thoroughly discussed the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. The Russian President has informed his Turkish counterpart about a series of telephone conversations he has had with the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia. These contacts focused on finding options for an early cessation of hostilities and a turn toward a political and diplomatic settlement. The parties have confirmed mutual readiness to cooperation for achieving a peaceful solution to the conflict,” said the Kremlin’s press service.
