Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will leave for Spain on a working visit today.
He will take part in the European People’s Party (EPP) annual congress and the EPP Enlarged Summit.
Mediamax recalls that the Armenian President participated in the EPP Summit in March and June in Brussels this year.
According to EPP press release, the Congress and Summit due to be held in Madrid will also host Prime Minister of Spain Mariano Rajoy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Prime Ministers of Bulgaria and Hungary Boyko Borisov, Viktor Orban and other heads of states and governments.
European Commission President Jean - Claude Juncker and European Council President Donald Tusk will also take part in the EPP Congress and Summit.
