Yerevan /Mediamax. The war-affected settlements and the capital of Artsakh Stepanakert will be restored in a short period of time, said the Artsakh State Emergency Situations Service.
The service has noted that “Artsakh and Russia are taking practical and clear steps in this direction.”
“Six working groups have been formed to assess damage in Stepanakert, regional centers and rural communities. Active construction will follow the assessment immediately,” the service said in a statement.
