Yerevan /Mediamax. The Kremlin hopes that the essence of the agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh will have adequate perception in Armenia.

TASS reports that Russian President’s Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has told the press that Moscow “would not like to evaluate” the speeches that took place in Armenia after the agreement on Nagorno-Karabakh was reached.

“We know that Prime Minister Pashinyan is making considerable efforts to explain the essence and meaning of these agreements. We hope that these explanations will have adequate perception in Armenia,” he said.

Peskov has described the statement on the cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh as “a victory for the people of Azerbaijan and Armenia”.
