Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan has stated today that at least 37 civilians have been killed and 108 wounded since September 27as a result of Azerbaijani targeted strikes on Artsakh settlements.

“We have some preliminary data on the number of killed and wounded as a result of subversion operations. Given the typical handwriting of the Azerbaijani army, there is a high risk that there may be other cases of torture and murder, because there are missing civilians,” said Artak Beglayan.

He has noted that in recent days Azerbaijan regularly targeted the settlements and civilian objects of Martakert, Martuni, Hadrut, vital roads and Stepanakert as well with regular aircraft and missiles strikes.
