Yerevan /Mediamax/. Today, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, spoke about the cooperation between the European Union and Russia on Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.

Following the meeting of EU foreign ministers in Luxembourg, Borrell was asked about EU-Russia relations in the light of Alexei Navalny’s poisoning and possible sanctions. He said that EU and Russia cooperate on various issues.

“For example, Russia is one of the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, and President Macron should talk to President Putin if we want to establish a ceasefire. We are not going to stop it because of the Navalny case,” said Josep Borrell.
