Yerevan /Mediamax/. Spokesperson of Artsakh President Vahram Poghosyan has reported that three civilians have been killed and several others wounded as a result of the shelling of Martakert town by an Azerbaijani warplane.
“The official Baku is openly attacking civilian population in violation of all norms of the international law,” said Poghosyan.
