Yerevan /Mediamax/. On November 25, Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan held telephone conversations with the Russian, French and American co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
Ara Ayvazyan has stressed to the co-chairs the importance of establishing a ceasefire in the Karabakh conflict zone and deploying peacekeepers in Artsakh, said the Armenian MFA.
Foreign Minister Ayvazyan and the co-Chairs have discussed protection of the interests of the Artsakh Armenians and the restoration of their rights amidst the humanitarian crisis in Artsakh, emphasizing the need to engage relevant international organizations on the ground.
Ara Ayvazyan has also underlined the importance of ensuring the continuity of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship as the only format with an international mandate for Karabakh conflict mediation.
