Yerevan /Mediamax/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has held a meeting via video conference today with the permanent members of the Security Council.

“Let us speak about securing Russia’s interests in the Far East region and Southeast Asia. Then, of course, we will discuss the situation that is happening very close to our borders, including in the South Caucasus,” Putin said in his opening remarks.
