Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian held a telephone conversation with the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and briefed him on the new war launched by Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh and the current situation.

The parties agreed that the solution to the problem can be reached only through dialogue and negotiations.
