Yerevan /Mediamax/. Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Andrey Rudenko has stated that Russia urges all internal and external actors to show utmost restraint regarding the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, TASS reports.

“We urged all internal and external actors to show utmost restraint, in terms of language as well. Now, it is important to be as careful as possible to achieve a ceasefire immediately and return the sides to the negotiation table,” said Rudenko.
