Yerevan /Mediamax/. Pope Francis I awarded Armenian Ambassador to Vatican Mikael Minasyan Grand Cross Knighthood Order of Pope Pius.

According to Armenian Foreign Ministry press service, Archbishop Giovanni Angelo Becciu, Substitute for General Affairs of the Secretariat of State, presented Armenia Ambassador with Grand Cross Knighthood Order of Pope Pius during the ceremony at Apostolic Palace the day before in Vatican.

Mikael Minasyan was awarded pontifical title of such a high grade as “…a significant proof to officialy indicate our kindness and favour to you”, the Pope’s message states.
