Yerevan /Mediamax/. The Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed the information that a Russian helicopter had been downed.
The statement issued by the Ministry of Emergency Situations reads:
“On November 9, at 18:39, the Crisis Management Center of Ararat region received an alarm that a Russian helicopter had crashed and exploded in the gorge between Yeraskh and Paruyr Sevak villages of Armenia.
The operative group of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and three fire brigades from the fire-rescue detachments had left for the scene.”
