Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan has stated today that the new Patrol Service will start operating in Yerevan in the first quarter of 2021.

In the first quarter of 2022, the service is to expand nationwide.

During the discussion held by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today, Badasyan and other participants have considered the matter of the new service’s structure, personnel and location.

In mid-October 2020, the Educational Complex of the Armenian Police will launch the courses for selected citizens, which are “aimed at forming an image of the police with new functions, equipment, skills and mentality,” the government said in a press statement.
