Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Defense Ministry refutes information disseminated by the Azerbaijani media on fights with the involvement of the Armenian Defense Forces in one of the Armenian settlements in Julfa, Nakhichevan.
Quoting Azerbaijani media, Regnum Agency reported today that Armenian Defense Forces have attacked Lakatagh settlement in Julfa, Nakhichevan. According to the source, a fight is going on now, and local people were forced to leave their houses.
“This information is an absolute lie”, Defense Ministry spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Mediamax correspondent.
