Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan submitted the proposal on amnesty to the National Assembly on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of independence of Republic of Armenia today.

According to non-official information, young activist of Armenian National Congress Tigran Arakelyan may get the amnesty as well.
