Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of the European Council Charles Michel said today that violence in Nagorno Karabakh must stop.
Charles Michel tweeted this after the meeting with the Armenian President Armen Sarkissian.
“Parties must respect ceasefire and return to negotiating table without preconditions. External interference is unacceptable”, he said.
