Yerevan /Mediamax/. On the basis of the suggestion of the Prime Minister, President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has signed the decree relieving Argishti Kyaramyan of his duties as Director of National Security Service (NSS).
By another decree, the President has appointed Mikayel Hambardzumyan acting Director of NSS.
