Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan has stated that he has ordered to "halt the strikes in order to avoid casualties among Azerbaijan’s innocent civilian population.”

Earlier today, President Harutyunyan said:

“Defense Army of Artsakh will now target large military facilities located in major cities of Azerbaijan. I call on the people of Azerbaijan to leave these cities as soon as possible to avoid possible losses. The military and political leadership of Azerbaijan bears full responsibility for all this.”
