“Its [Turkey’s] position is being strengthened. One can only give Erdogan credit for how skillfully he uses all these complex processes to strengthen Turkish influence and Turkish capabilities. But at the same time, I think that now, for him as well as for Azerbaijan, it is a little scary to rock the boat additionally. Because everything is already very shaky in this part of the world, where everything is interconnected – Ukraine, the Black Sea region and the Caspian region. Most likely, they will find opportunities here to agree on not changing anything for now,” Fyodor Lukyanov said in an interview with the Argumenty i Fakty newspaper.
