Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan has stated that 4 civilians have been killed and 11 have been injured as a result of the shelling of the city of Martuni by Azerbaijan.
“It is a war crime and it should be punished,” Artak Beglaryan said, noting that there are Armenian and French journalists among the injured citizens.
