Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has noted that "Ukraine seems to have a difficulty with understanding the essence of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.”

“It is a difficulty with perceiving the serious threats faced by the people of Artsakh, the Republic of Artsakh, the real threat to the security of our region, and a difficulty with separating conflicts and assessing conflicts according to their merit, essence, history,” he said in the interview with Shant TV.

“We do not have any difficulties or issues with the friendly people of Ukraine, and we will continue to work consistently in that region and deliver our messages. We are patient and will continue to do so. But we will also continue to consider unacceptable the positions that are detached from reality. They do not benefit the region, them or us,” stated Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
