Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan expressed hope today that the European Union will approve the mandate of the EU negotiation team in the near future, and there will be opportunity to start negotiations.
Edward Nalbandyan told about it in a meeting with French Minister of State for European Affairs Harlem Desir.
The meeting focused on Armenia-EU cooperation and the creation of its new legal bases.
Edward Nalbandyan presented details on the results of the growing tension in the border with Armenia and the Contact Line with Artsakh. The French Minister highlighted the strict importance of ceasefire maintenance.
